Spode porcelain pot pourri and cover
The shallow bowl shape supported on a burnished gold base with three dolphins in matt gold and pierced cover, richly decorated in pattern 711 with colourful flowers reserved on a solid gold ground.

with a band of white jewels below rim and eagle head handles, gilded and holding rings standing on a square base. Painted with classical portraits of 'Anacreon and Aurelian' reserved on a matt blue ground.

with a pierced cover and feather shaped finial seated on three gilded dolphins on a shaped base, the vase painted in matt blue with continuous band of roses beneath a beaded border.

The first painted in the centre with the arms of Monson the other with Monson impailing Saville within a formal gilded border.

Elizabeth Ring had a retail establishment at 8 Bridge Street Bristol selling Earthenware China and Glass. Her trade card is shown by Geoffrey Godden in Chamberlain Worcester Porcelain page 99.

Chamberlain Worcester armorial dish from the Abergavenny service
decorated in iron red and gilt with lotus blossoms and scrolling vines, the armorial with a bull's head flanked by Tudor rose and portcullis within garter inscribed NE VILE VELIS beneath coronet.

The motto "Ne vile velis" is loosely translated as "wish nothing base", and is a pun on the Nevill family name.

painted by Daniel Lucas with a rural landscape panel flanked by a gilded design beneath a gold swag and flower border.

standing on four feet with acanthus leaf moulded handles picked out in gold set in an apple green ground. Colourfully pained with a basket of flowers within gilt scroll fretted panels. Painted by John Brewer.
